IC Zoom Recording NAS Pilot

This private uploader is being configured to archive completed Zoom MP4 files available to Rob Knopper’s connected account, including private meetings. Files go to an owner-only Zoom Recordings intake in Google Drive. Synology stages the upload and retains the existing download-only Drive mirror.

Google access is limited to drive.file, for files this app creates or opens. It does not search the rest of Rob’s Drive. A persistent Zoom recording-file ID to Drive file ID mapping helps prevent duplicate uploads.

This is an explanation of the uploader, not a public upload or replay portal. Session Admin still identifies applicable student replays, renames and moves them, and announces them manually. The uploader does not automatically distribute recordings. It remains in an authorization pilot; recording transfers and scheduled operation are off.
